Our commitment to digital accessibility for people with disabilities.
Our Commitment to Accessibility
Party Onbici Pty Ltd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
We believe that the web should be accessible to everyone, regardless of ability. This accessibility statement applies to the Party Onbici website and web application.
Conformance Status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

'Substantially conformant' means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address any gaps.

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of Party Onbici, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations and potential solutions:
Third-Party Content
- Maps: Interactive maps may not be fully accessible to screen reader users. Alternative text descriptions of locations are provided where available. In the mobile app, audio navigation provides an accessible alternative to visual map interaction.
- Social Media Embeds: Content embedded from third-party social media platforms may not meet our accessibility standards.
- CAPTCHA: Our login CAPTCHA uses simple user interface controls as an accessible alternative to image-based CAPTCHAs.
Mobile App Limitations
- Map gestures: Some advanced map gestures (pinch-to-zoom, rotation) may be difficult for users with motor impairments. Alternative buttons are provided for zoom controls.
- Real-time updates: During active navigation, frequent screen reader announcements may occur. Users can adjust announcement frequency in app settings.
- Ride recording: The ride recording feature requires GPS access and may not work reliably indoors or in areas with poor GPS signal.
User-Generated Content
- User-uploaded images may not have alternative text.
- Event descriptions created by users may not follow accessibility best practices.
We encourage our users to provide alternative text for uploaded images and to use clear, descriptive language in their content.
